All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with broken seals
• Training courses once commenced
• Personalised or custom items

6. Training Courses

Booking and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your place. Full payment is required before the course date.

Cancellations

• More than 14 days notice: Full refund or reschedule
• 7-14 days notice: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability)
• Less than 7 days notice: No refund, reschedule at our discretion

Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses. We reserve the right to withhold certification if competency standards are not met.

7. Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are available to qualified beauty professionals. We reserve the right to verify qualifications and may request proof of insurance and certifications. Trade pricing is confidential and must not be shared publicly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Elyssien Beaute or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
