Returns Policy
14-Day Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Seals must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

How to Return

- Pack Securely: Place items in their original packaging and pack securely for transit
- Ship Your Return:We'll provide a returns address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
